Built with ¼” thick AR450 steel and designed with a single cylinder, XL’s Side Dump tub is resistant to corner cracking and equipped to handle years of hauling your toughest loads.
XL’s Side Dump features a low center of gravity with the single cylinder design as well as a steep 42 degree dump angle, making the trailer extremely stable and resistant to tipping. It also includes a tarp safety sensor to prevent dumping if the tarp is not fully retracted. Tub hooks are included on both sides of the trailer that automatically engage when the opposite side is disengaged to ensure the tub is always secure.
This trailer’s holding capacity, dump time, and operating accessibility proves it was designed with the customer in mind. Its high-volume tub is rated at 23 cubic yards water level volume and 33 cubic yards strike off volume, which indicates the amount of aggregate the tub can hold. This capacity means there are less trips needed per job. The high-flow hydrualic control valve features one of the fastest dump cycle times in the industry. The wired pendant and Aero SideKick 2 tarp system allow users to operate the trailer features from the cab of the truck.
