XL Specialized Trailers is headquartered in Manchester, Iowa. Located in Northeast Iowa, Manchester is the county seat for Delaware County. We are a 45-minute drive from three major cities; Cedar Rapids to the south, Dubuque to the East, and Waterloo to the West.
The riverine and karst topography of Northeast Iowa offers much in the way of outdoor activities, including camping, hunting, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, golfing, boating, skiing, and hiking—to name a few! Manchester is the heartbeat of the county—with 5,000 within its city limits. It has a thriving rural downtown center with first-rate educational and athletic opportunities for young people in West Delaware and Maquoketa Valley public school systems.
Manchester is a great place for growing families! Its neighborhoods are safe, clean, and industrious. Agriculture is a way of life in Iowa and verdant green cornfields surround us, but you would also be surprised to learn that Manchester has a growing industrial hub—with multiple small to mid-size manufacturing companies in our immediate area.
