Using the low load angle of 6 and a half degrees combined with the 20k winch and winch roller, operators can pull inoperable equipment onto the main deck with ease. Users put the chain drops along the center and outer beams to work, enjoying many tie down options for transporting the load safely. An extended dump angle of 17 degrees allows for easy unloading.
XL’s proven sliding axle assembly design is efficient and user-friendly. The axles move up so the deck can tilt down. Enjoy the hassle-free composite rollers that do not need to be greased. Additionally, you can operate the deck and the winch using a wireless remote.
XL’s Slide Axles are standard with crossmembers on 8-inch centers. This close spacing enables the loading of dense equipment such as forklifts. Capacity ratings available are 50,000 pounds in 10 feet concentrated on the 2-axle model and 70,000 pounds in 10 feet concentrated on the 3-axle model.
Slide axles are preferred in the towing industry, as they allow for inoperable equipment to be hauled. This trailer is specifically preferable for forklifts and pavers. XL’s slide axles are California-legal and have R-tac legal specs available.
